An interesting site. I found the details from your article in the Carrick Gazette of Thursday 9 March 2006. I am looking for something to get me a bit more active and fit. Possibly encourage my two children to take part. They are 9 and 10 respectively, with me turning 55 in a few weeks time.

A special hi to Hughy! As a previous member of the kyle karate club it brings back many fantastic memories while looking at this site. I am very pleased that everyone is going strong and a large part of me misses the club greatly. I am going to keep up to date with the club through this website. All the best from Copenhagen!!!!!!!

hi hugh its raymie from greenock just a wee question for you guys, tell me why some of your postures are still so low in fact some look lower than the old days!i,m doing a lot of sparring nowadays so i find low postures impractical, in a streetwise situation the old postures are so invalid, tell me what you think? respect to you raymie>>
